If you have an external lcd monitor that has a maximum resolution of 1920x1200 but your laptop display's maximum resolution is only 1024x768, but your video card in your laptop can handle the 1920x1200 resolution, can you change your display resolution for your external lcd monitor so that it is higher than the maximum resolution of your laptop - in this example, that would be 1920x1200? |

i have some photos of my pets that i'd like to put up as avatars but the resolution on all of them is way too high. i tried cropping the pics but they're still too high. i'm sure there must be a way. i just don't know how. help!!! (please!) |
