Varun Biniwale

Hey, I’m Varun! I’m into computer science and cybersecurity, and I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo.

I ran my high school’s coding club, have helped teach robotics workshops, and led the organization of multiple TEDx events at my school. I’ve built projects like Quickz, a Kahoot alternative used around the world, and Flopbook, a simple animation tool.

I’ve also contributed to Scratch, first as an external contributor, and later as an intern on their engineering team.

In my free time, I participate in bug bounty programs, helping secure software for organizations like Google, Meta, and the Scratch Foundation. My work has been cited in places like The Verge and Ars Technica.
